Debbie Allen is a senior funds attorney practicing in the private investment funds group. She joined Ropes & Gray in 1992 and worked in the tax department focusing on international tax planning, corporate and partnership transactions, and tax litigation. Debbie rejoined the firm in 2013. During her hiatus, Debbie was an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida teaching International Taxation and Federal Income Taxation. She now focuses primarily on analyzing and negotiating private equity and other private investment opportunities for investing clients.
