Laurin Ariail is a funds attorney in Ropes & Gray’s asset management group.
Laurin’s practice focuses on analyzing and negotiating private equity and other private investment opportunities for institutional investor clients. Laurin has extensive experience representing institutional and other investors in a broad range of alternative investments, including investments in private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, credit funds, separately managed accounts, and co-investments.
Prior to rejoining the firm in 2023, Laurin worked as in-house counsel at an outsourced investment office.
