Madeleine Ainslie

Madeleine Ainslie joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2022 and practices primarily in the private capital transactions group. While at Notre Dame Law School, Madeleine served as articles submissions editor of the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law. Madeleine also served as a teaching assistant to Professor Jimmy Gurule and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Anne-Christine Massullo of the Superior Court of San Francisco County, where she assisted in complex civil litigation matters.
