Carina Brown joined Ropes and Gray’s corporate department in 2021 and practices primarily in the firm’s private capital transactions group.

During law school, Carina was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, a board member of Columbia Law School’s Business & Law Association, and a member of Columbia’s Journal of Law & the Arts. Carina also served as a research assistant with the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership, participating in the research and development of advisory materials regarding effective corporate governance, and contributed to the representation of unaccompanied immigrant minors as a legal intern with Kids in Need of Defense.
