Richie Bernache is an associate in the corporate department and practices primarily in the asset management group, assisting both private and registered fund clients. Richie attended Saint Michael’s College, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in theater in 2016. He then obtained a post-bacc Bachelor of Arts in political science from Saint Michael’s College in 2018. Richie then went on to attend Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated cum laude in 2021.
While in law school, Richie served as student counsel in Georgetown’s Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he co-led appeals in both the Eleventh Circuit and Supreme Court. Richie also served as a law clerk to Senator Patrick Leahy of Vermont. He was also a member of the Georgetown Law Technology Review, where he published a piece entitled Social Spambots, 4.1 Geo L. Tech. Rev. 307 (2019).
