Tyler joined the firm’s asset management group in Boston in 2021 and works on a broad range of matters, including transactions and fund formations.
Tyler was a summer associate with Ropes & Gray prior to joining the firm on a full-time basis and had other early experiences in law with Harvard’s Cyberlaw Clinic and boutique law firms in the Washington, D.C. area. While in law school, Tyler served as senior editor of the Harvard Business Law Review, executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, and a research assistant for Professor Trung Nguyen at Harvard Business School. Tyler holds a degree in physics from the University of Virginia and is licensed as a patent agent before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
