Adison Brown joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2022 as a member of the firm’s private capital transactions group.
While in law school, Adison served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Timothy S. Hillman in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and as an intern in Scotiabank’s Global Banking & Markets and Treasury departments focusing on risk management.
As a law student, Adison was a member of Northeastern’s Community Business Clinic where she worked with clients on a variety of regulatory and transactional matters. Adison also worked as a research assistant, and as an associate and senior editor for the Northeastern University Law Review.
