Amanda E. Broderick
Amanda Broderick is a litigation & enforcement associate whose practice includes government and internal investigations, complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels, antitrust merger review, and global resolution of sexual misconduct claims.
Amanda works with a diverse group of clients, including pharmaceutical companies, non-profit organizations, private equity firms, and global financial institutions.
Amanda also maintains a robust pro bono practice, representing clients in matters before the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.
During law school, Amanda worked as a legal intern in the False Claims Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and in Boston Children’s Hospital’s Office of General Counsel. Additionally, Amanda served as a judicial intern to Justice Mary Thomas Sullivan of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
Prior to law school, Amanda worked as a talent agent in the New York office of a national talent agency.
