Anthony Bernard is counsel and practices primarily in the firm’s private equity group. Anthony has experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other equity investments, including negotiating and drafting merger and purchase agreements. Anthony also advises clients on corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, from 2010-2015, Anthony was a corporate associate at a large law firm in New York, where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions.
