Ashley focuses her practice on the representation of fund managers in connection with fund formation, ongoing operational matters and regulatory compliance. She also advises fund managers in connection with the negotiation of their service provider agreements, including custody, administration and transfer agent agreements. Ashley’s practice also includes advising large institutional investors in connection with secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Ashley was an associate at a law firm in New York City where her practice focused on issues relating to hedge funds and private equity funds including fund formation, structuring and regulatory compliance.
