Austin Bohn
Associate
Austin joined the firm in 2021 as an associate in the corporate department, where he spends time on various transactional matters for private and public companies. Austin is also a member of the firm’s ESG, CSR, business and human rights practice, where he advises on a variety of compliance, due diligence and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Austin clerked for the Honorable Collins J. Seitz, Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court.
During law school, Austin was a student attorney for the Cyberlaw Clinic and an active member with the Harvard Mediation Program.
