Carina Brown

Carina Brown joined Ropes and Gray’s corporate department in 2021 and practices primarily in the firm’s private capital transactions group.
During law school, Carina was a research assistant with the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership, participating in the research and development of advisory materials regarding effective corporate governance. Carina was also a board member of Columbia’s Business & Law Association and a member of Columbia’s Journal of Law & the Arts, and contributed to the representation of unaccompanied immigrant minors as a legal intern with Kids in Need of Defense.
