Kyle A. Bassman

Kyle Bassman is counsel in the asset management group. Kyle has experience representing sponsors in connection with the formation and operation of private investment funds. He advises private fund sponsors in a wide range of corporate matters, including structuring, operations and governance of their funds and management companies. In addition, Kyle advises private fund sponsors in connection with their regulatory and compliance matters. Kyle also regularly represents U.S. and international institutional investors, endowments, funds of funds, private foundations, sovereign wealth funds and other investors in connection with their investments in private equity, venture capital, real estate, energy, credit and hedge funds. He has also represented investors as buyers and sellers in their secondary market activities.
