Zack Bland joined Ropes & Gray in 2018 as an associate in the private equity group. Before joining the firm, Zack worked in private practice, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. Zack has represented private companies across a broad range of industries, and regularly advises clients regarding general corporate, structuring, and governance matters.
During law school Zack interned for the United States Senate Judiciary Committee.
