Brendon Caione joined the corporate department in the investment management group in 2014. Brendon focuses on counseling investment companies and advisers on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Brendon served as in-house counsel to an international asset management firm wholly owned by a large investment bank. In this position, he advised senior management in connection with fund formation, regulatory filings, trading documentation, and day-to-day management operations. Additionally, Brendon clerked for the Hon. K. Michael Moore, U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of Florida, and worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
