An associate in the alternative asset opportunities group, Zhen Zhen (Jenny) Chen represents asset managers and institutional investors, including sovereign investors, pension funds and secondary buyers, with respect to their direct, secondary, and co-investment programs.

Jenny has also advised private fund sponsors on both open- and closed-end fund formation and fundraising, as well as ongoing governance and regulatory matters. 

During law school, Jenny interned in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. She also interned in the Office of Investment Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, where she investigated transactions under review by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Prior to law school, Jenny was a paralegal in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
