Keli Chang joined Ropes & Gray's corporate department in 2021 and practices primarily in the private equity transactions group. She provides transactional advice to investors and private equity firms in buy-side transactions. Keli is also CIPP-US certified and familiar with data privacy matters.
During law school, Keli served as the treasurer for the Asian Pacific American Law School Association and as the vice president of the Student Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at multiple corporations, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in the technology and health care industries, as an in-house legal intern and assisted general counsels and chief legal officers with corporate, compliance, transactional, data privacy, and intellectual property issues.
