Louise Corman is a senior attorney in the firm’s private equity practice group in Boston. Louise focuses her practice on helping clients with confidentiality agreements (CAs). As a member of the firm’s CA Review Team, Louise reviews, evaluates and negotiates CAs for clients on both the purchase and the sale sides of corporate transactions.
Previously, Louise practiced corporate law at other major law firms, with her focus on corporate transactions. Before entering private practice, Louise clerked for the Honorable Carol Los Mansmann of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
