Abigail joined the corporate department in 2019 and is a member of the firm’s asset management group. Her practice focuses on representing investment management industry clients in a variety of transactional, regulatory, and compliance areas of their businesses. Abigail works with registered funds, private funds, and their sponsors on fund structuring and formation, fund reorganizations, and ongoing compliance and operational matters.
During law school, Abigail was an editor for the Boston University Law Review. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Cynthia Bashant of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
