Brett Cameron joined Ropes & Gray in 2022 in the mergers & acquisitions group, where he helps the practice develop, retain and share information and best practices and keeps the group updated on legal developments. Brett has significant experience as a transactional attorney representing companies and private equity sponsors in a broad range of domestic and international transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Brett was an associate in the M&A group in the New York office of another leading global law firm.
