- Represented Bain Capital in connection with obtaining debt financing for its acquisition of Innocor, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced foam products for the bedding industry.
- Represented Silver Lake Partners in connection with obtaining debt financing for its acquisition of SolarWinds, a leading provider of powerful and affordable IT management software.
- Represented Bain Capital in connection with obtaining debt financing for its acquisition of Blue Coat Systems, an IT security solutions provider.
- Represented Bain Capital in connection with obtaining debt financing for its acquisition of TI Automotive Systems, a leading provider of fluid storage, carrying, and delivery systems to automotive manufacturers.
- Represented Summit Partners in connection with the secured financing for its investment in ABILITY Network Inc., a leading provider of web-based workflow solutions for health care providers.
- Represented TPG Capital in connection with obtaining debt financing for the acquisition of Immucor.
- Represented TPG Capital in connection with obtaining debt financing for the acquisition of J.Crew Group.
- Represented TPG Capital and Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board in connection with obtaining debt financing for the acquisition of IMS Health.
