Catherine has a broad range of experience advising clients in various industries on a wide range of operational issues and transactional matters, such as investments, acquisitions, mergers, capital raising, restructurings, joint ventures, initial public offerings and debt issuances. She has a particular interest in impact investing and maintains an active pro bono practice.
Before joining Ropes and Gray, Catherine worked in the New York City office of another global law firm.
