Chris Connell joined the corporate department of Ropes & Gray in 2017. Chris assists the corporate and asset management teams on a broad range of transactions including the representation of private equity fund sponsors, hedge funds, and other private funds in connection with various fundraising, regulatory, and compliance matters. During law school, Chris was a legal clerk for the Attorney General's office in the Business Licensing and Oversight division and served as a student attorney in the USC Small Business Clinic.
