Daniel Clayman

Daniel Clayman joined Ropes & Gray’s private capital transactions group in 2021. During law school, Daniel was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar at Columbia Law School and a member of the Columbia Business and Law Association. Daniel also served as a teaching assistant to Financial Statement Analysis and Interpretation Professor Norman Bartczak and worked with Volunteers of Legal Service Inc. to provide estate planning services. Prior to law school, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a tax associate, advising on banking and capital market related tax issues.
