Diana Chen joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 in the tax, employment and benefits department, where she is primarily responsible in developing, maintaining and growing the legal knowledge base of the tax practice group. She is in charge of creating and implementing best-practices protocols, building and maintaining databases and undertaking projects as well as promoting information sharing by communication and sharing of legal knowledge. She assists in managing precedents, creating standard forms and training programs to improve efficiency in the firm. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, she was in the knowledge management group for the tax department at an international law firm.
