Elise Corey is a senior attorney in the firm’s securities and public companies group. Elise has extensive experience advising both corporate and financial institutions on a broad range of capital markets transactions including high-yield and investment grade debt offerings, initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, and liability management transactions. In addition, Elise’s practice focuses on advising public company clients on SEC reporting, stock exchange rules and regulations, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Elise served as in-house transactional counsel at a large New York-based investment bank, in-house securities and corporate counsel at a public financial services firm, and as an associate in the capital markets practice group at other global law firms in New York and San Francisco.
