So Eun (Grace) Cha

Associate

Grace Cha is an associate in the firm’s asset management group. She advises private fund sponsors in connection with the formation and structuring of private funds, regulatory compliance and governance matters. Grace also advises private fund investors with respect to their investments in various types of private funds.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Grace was an associate in the New York office of another global law firm.
