Hyanna Cardoso

Hyanna Cardoso joined Ropes & Gray’s New York office in 2021. As an associate in the corporate department, Hyanna practices primarily in the real estate investments & transactions group. Hyanna advises investors, private equity clients and other financial institutions on a broad range of transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, repurchase facilities and financing.

Hyanna graduated from Brooklyn Law School as a Lark-Barranco, Lisle and Dean’s Merit Scholar. During law school, she served as an articles editor for the Brooklyn Law Review, coach for the Nelson Mandela International Negotiations Competition and executive board member of the Latin American Students Association. Hyanna is an alumna of the AAUW Selected Professionals Fellowship and New York City Bar Diversity Fellowship Programs.
