Jesse T. Cuevas

Counsel

Jesse joined Ropes & Gray in 2016 as counsel in the securities & public companies group. His practice is focused on advising fintech, biotech, consumer retail and energy companies, and financial institutions, in connection with equity and debt financing transactions and other strategic transactions. He regularly advises clients on SEC reporting and compliance obligations, corporate governance and related issues. He is also a founding member of the firm’s Cryptocurrency Working Group and advises on issues relating to blockchain-based financings and related matters.

  • Genstar Capital in a $300,000,000 Rule 144A/Reg S offering of high-yield bonds in connection with its acquisition of Tekni-Plex, a developer of specialty packaging products
