John “Jack” Culhane is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement practice group. Jack’s practice focuses on assisting clients navigate governmental and conduct internal investigations, domestically and internationally. Jack also represents clients in government enforcement matters and complex commercial disputes relating to federal securities laws. 

Jack has experience advising clients on employment matters with respect to corporate transactions, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, union matters, wage and hour compliance, and reductions in force.

He maintains a robust pro bono practice representing asylum seekers and non-profit organizations.

Prior to law school, Jack worked as a litigation paralegal, defending clients in connection with both white collar and violent criminal charges.
