Jonathan advises public and privately-held companies in connection with their qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans, including on matters of plan administration, fiduciary responsibility and compliance and correction. He also works with clients on executive compensation issues, including review and preparation of securities law disclosure related to executive compensation and drafting equity-based and other incentive arrangements. Prior to joining the Benefits Consulting Group in 2017, Jonathan was an associate in the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group from 2011-2016.
