Matthew joined Ropes & Gray's litigation department in 2019. During law school, Matthew was a student attorney with the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic, where he represented asylum seekers in Massachusetts and at the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas. He also interned with a plaintiff-side labor and employment law firm and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, worked as a research assistant for Harvard’s Labor & Worklife Program, and served as co-director of HLS’s International Refugee Assistance Project chapter.
