Nicolie Christin

Nicolie Christin heads the firm’s real estate and facilities department, which is responsible for space planning and utilization, new office build-outs and relocations, day-to-day office maintenance, and negotiation and administration of lease agreements and key vendor contracts. Nicolie leads a team of directors who oversee the firm's space planning, leasing, construction, lease administration, facilities management and security operations, and supervise its outsourced providers of food services, catering, emergency day care, travel and photocopying. She manages a real estate portfolio of more than 1 million square feet in 11 cities worldwide and is a member of the firm’s staff senior leadership team, reporting to the chief operating officer.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Nicolie was the executive director of Reboul, MacMurray, Hewitt & Maynard.
