Olivia Clark joined Ropes & Gray’s New York office in 2022 and works in the health care group. She supports the group in providing regulatory, compliance, transactional, and governance assistance to a broad range of health care clients, including universities and academic medical centers, hospitals and health systems, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and investors.
While in law school, Olivia served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert McDonald of the Maryland Court of Appeals and interned at the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of General Counsel, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Division. Olivia also worked as the executive notes and comments editor on the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy and placed third in the Epstein, Becker & Green Health Law Writing Competition for her paper “SNAP and the Right to Nutrition.”
Prior to law school, Olivia received her Master of Public Health at Boston University and worked as a biostatistician at the Veteran’s Association Research Institute.
