Peter J. (PJ) Cline
PJ Cline joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 and is an associate in the firm’s asset management group. He advises private funds in connection with formation, transactional, regulatory and compliance matters. PJ also represents funds and corporate end-users in various derivative transactions.
During law school, PJ was the publication editor of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal and was a national finalist on the Holderness Moot Court Intellectual Property Team. Additionally, PJ worked in an intellectual property clinic at the University of North Carolina School of Law.
