Philip Chen joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2022 and practices primarily in the firm’s asset management group.
During law school, Philip served as a managing editor for the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology and on the leadership board of the Asian Pacific Islander Law Student Association.
