Sarah Clemens

Associate

Sarah Clemens is an associate in Ropes & Gray's real estate investments and transactions group. Sarah’s practice covers a range of transactional matters, including repurchase facilities, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate financing.

During law school, Sarah held judicial internships at the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and at the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts. Sarah was a note editor for the Suffolk University Law Review prior to becoming the content editor for the journal. Sarah was also a co-founder and the vice president of the Suffolk University chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.
