Tin Nai Anne Cheng
Tin Nai Anne Cheng is a member of the government enforcement practice group in the litigation department at Ropes & Gray. She focuses her practice on litigation matters involving anti-corruption, whistleblower allegations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other compliance related matters. Anne is also a member of the E-Discovery team, where she works closely with Ropes & Gray’s e-discovery counsel, senior discovery attorneys and litigation technology professionals to ensure quality and efficiency in the firm’s foreign language Technology Assisted Reviews, with a specific focus in the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Anne has extensive experience working on FCPA related investigations for Fortune 50 corporations in the energy, transportation, pharmaceutical and financial industries. She also worked as a risk management specialist and was involved in the construction of several major commercial, residential and historical preservation projects at one of New York City’s oldest construction management company.
Anne maintains an active pro bono practice in family law and is also an active member at Japan Society where she has been learning Japanese.

- Assisted in an internal investigation for a major pharmaceutical company involving allegations of bribery and corruption in China, including potential violations of the FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
