Padraic Daly joined Ropes & Gray in 2022 as an associate in the private equity transactions group in the London office. Prior to joining the firm, Padraic trained and qualified in the Dublin office of another international law firm.
Padraic has a broad range of experience acting for both corporate clients and private equity sponsors on cross-border M&A transactions as well as advising portfolio companies on general corporate law matters.
Padraic holds a Bachelor of Laws from Trinity College, Dublin.

- Advised Avista Capital Partners, a leading healthcare-focused private equity firm, on its acquisition of Terrats Medical, a leading global provider of dental prosthetics, including abutments and implants.
- Advised Bridgepoint on its acquisition of Fera Science, a national and international centre of excellence for interdisciplinary investigation and problem solving across plant and bee health, crop protection, sustainable agriculture, food and feed quality and chemical safety in the environment.
- Advised Bridgepoint on its acquisition of SK AeroSafety Group, a global leader in aviation safety component maintenance, repair and overhaul services.
- Advised BPEA EQT and Tricor on the merger of Vistra and Tricor, creating a $6.5 billion global fund and corporate services platform.
- Advised TPG Growth on its investment into Musixmatch, a leading global music data platform.
- Acting for BV Investment Partners and its portfolio company Source Advisors on the acquisition of GovGrant, a premier UK-based R&D tax relief services and Intellectual Property consulting firm.
- Advised 3i Group plc on its investment in Digital Barriers, a leading provider of digital surveillance and security products.
