Brian C. Durkin

Brian Durkin is an associate in Ropes & Gray's Boston office. He practices primarily in the firm's private equity transactions group, representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, add-ons and other general corporate matters across multiple industries.
During law school, Brian served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Nathaniel M. Gorton in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and as a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review.
