Erin is a member of the firm’s corporate department where her practice focuses primarily on fund finance transactions, with additional experience in leveraged finance matters. She advises a broad range of asset managers on fund-level credit facilities, including liquidity and leverage facilities for registered funds, bilateral and syndicated subscription facilities, NAV facilities, leverage facilities for credit funds and GP/management company lines of credit and employee co-investment loan programs.
