Joshua Dulberg is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s litigation and enforcement group.

Josh first joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 as an associate in the corporate department. Before returning to the firm in 2023, Josh served as a clerk for Chancellor Andre G. Bouchard and Vice Chancellor Lori W. Will of the Delaware Court of Chancery, later working as a merger & acquisitions associate at a law firm in New York.

Josh earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was a Charles Evans Hughes Scholar. During law school, he served as an online editor of the Cornell Law Review and interned for Judge Richard G. Stearns of the District of Massachusetts.

Prior to law school, Josh worked as a paralegal at a leading PRC law firm in Beijing.
