Kathy Downes leads and partners with other departments and individuals to determine the firm’s strategy for benefits and HR systems. Through her team, Kathy manages the design, compliance and administrative aspects of the benefit program offerings globally.
Prior to joining Ropes and Gray, Kathy managed compensation, benefits, mobility, HR systems and services in a variety of industries within both private and public organizations of varying sizes.
