Nathalie Dalzell

Associate

Nathalie Dalzell joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2022 and practices in the asset management group.

During law school, Nathalie served as the associate executive editor of the Suffolk University Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Contracts Professors Joseph Franco and Ali Rod Khadem. She was also a fellow in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, through which she taught constitutional law at City on a Hill Charter Public school in Roxbury, Massachusetts. 

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Nathalie worked at Harvard University as a legal contract analyst, where she reviewed and negotiated various contractual agreements.
