Rachael Diament joined Ropes & Gray in 2017 and is an associate in the firm’s securities and public companies group. Her practice focuses primarily on transactional matters, representing public companies, investment banks and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in connection with capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. In addition, Rachael regularly advises clients on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.
