Roger Deming is an associate in the private investment funds practice group in New York. His practice focuses on the representation of fund sponsors, investors and other private fund vehicles in connection with the formation and restructuring of open-end and closed-end funds, as well as various fundraising, regulatory and compliance matters. Roger's experience also includes representation of managers in launching and negotiating fund-of-one fund structures and managed accounts. His previous clients have included a broad spectrum of domestic as well as foreign entities across a wide breadth of assets under management levels.
Prior to his legal career, Roger was a member of the United States armed forces as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army.
