Joshua Elkouby joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2021 as a member of the private capital transactions group.
During law school, Josh served as a student advocate for the HLS Transactional Clinic, representing students, nonprofits, and small businesses from the Boston area. Josh interned in the Office of General Counsel at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he advised on a variety of corporate matters.
Prior to law school, Josh worked as an investment banking summer analyst in Tel Aviv for one of the largest banks in Israel, where he worked on sell-side M&A deals and distressed debt sell-offs.
