Mikayla Formoza joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2021 and practices in the asset management group. During law school, Mikayla served as the managing editor of the Suffolk University Law Review, vice president of the Business Law Association, and teaching assistant to Property Professor Sharmila Murthy.
