Anne Fox is counsel in the corporate department and a member of the firm’s asset management group. Anne focuses on representing hedge funds, private funds and investment advisers in regulatory, transactional and compliance matters, including commodities laws and regulations. She provides advice regarding the creation and operation of new and existing investment products designed for institutional and high net worth investors. She also works with U.S. and international institutional and other investors (including funds of funds and sovereign wealth funds) in connection with all aspects of their investments in private funds. Anne’s experience also includes advising fund managers on, and negotiating, various contractual arrangements, such as side letters with investors, service provider agreements and placement agent agreements.

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Anne was an asset management associate in the New York office of an international law firm.
