Yuanyuan (Fiona) Fei

Fiona Fei is an associate in the asset management group of Ropes & Gray. She has advised a variety of investment advisors throughout Asia in fund formation and other related internal funds issues. She has also assisted institutional investors in their investment into to Asia-based private equity funds.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Fiona was a graduate associate with a leading international law firm in its Shanghai office, where she assisted leading multi-national companies with foreign direct investment, general corporate and merger & acquisition matters. Fiona passed the PRC Bar Exam.
